More than 100 children returning from the camp through the Saratov region were taken off the Tyumen-Adler train and sent to a Saratov hospital, Governor Roman Busargin reported on the Telegram channel. According to him, one of the children had a high fever.
The Tyumen-Adler train runs through the Saratov region. In an organized group, accompanied by adults, 125 children who were vacationing at the camp were traveling on it. On the evening of December 20, information was received about a child seeking medical help with a fever. The doctors who accompanied the group of vacationers and the ambulance team that arrived took all the necessary measures on-site,” Busargin wrote.
He also clarified that Rospotrebnadzor immediately deployed a mobile laboratory at the incident scene. All children were examined by medical specialists, after which they were centrally transported by bus to the infectious diseases hospital of the Saratov region to be checked for possible diseases and, if necessary, provided with medical care.
Previously, a criminal case was opened after detecting 43 cases of intestinal infection in children in one of the schools in Volgodonsk. According to the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the children felt unwell after visiting the school canteen, as a result of which a criminal case was opened under paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers).
Earlier, the SHOT Telegram channel reported that about 20 students from school No. 1286 in Moscow felt unwell due to the antiseptic used by their classmates. According to him, the children began to have an allergic reaction, cough, and headaches and needed medical help.
